Giving Back – EcoRealtors

EcoRealtors has created a program which promises to donate 10% of our commission structure to a fund managed by the EcoRealtors Costa Rica Foundation, a recently created Costa Rican nonprofit organization.

The 10 % for Futures Program is dedicated to supporting the sustainable development of the Southern Pacific region of Costa Rica through by collaborating with projects to protect the environment and support local communities. This is our way of giving back to the area that we and many of our clients call home. In this way, we hope to do our part to ensure its future and that of its communities.

At present, we have identified the following initiative as our starting point:

• A carbon-free footprint program.
• Turtle reserves at Playa Hermosa and Punta Mala.
• An EPS volunteer program at Playa Rey.
