Esta propiedad ubicada en la ladera de una colina mide oficialmente casi 14 hectáreas, ubicada en la pequeña ciudad ganadera de Quebrada Ganado. Dado que la tierra se usó para la cría de ganado y para los caballos de pastoreo en el pasado, solo muestra arbustos y no cuenta con bosque primario o secundario, sin dejar obstáculos para un futuro desarrollo.
